On March 17th the District Court filed its decision on Brett Kimberlin’s lawsuit against the world. Short version: He lost. Bigtime.

Perhaps this will cool Mr Kimberlin from filing lawsuits for awhile. Pffft, probably not, but it should teach Brett to think twice before listening to Neal. A RICO suit? For a conman Brett sure was gullible.
