While Thomas Retzlaff and his imaginary friends were celebrating one California court’s decision to dismiss ViaView’s case because the court had no jurisdiction over Thomas Retzlaff, another California judge was issuing a warrant for Retzlaff’s arrest with bail set at $20,000.
 

This is the same judge that Retzlaff and JoJo have mocked publicly (that story here). Judge Manoukian has been on the bench long enough to not be fooled or impressed by Retzlaff’s legal manipulations. 

FYI Tommy, I don’t think Judge Manoukian gives a crap who your daddy is or who your daddy knows.
