As expected, Tom Retzlaff failed to show up for his Contempt of Court trial today. This was his big chance to show his Perry Mason skills but I guess he was too busy meddling in the Texas trial, sending nasty emails to his daughter and posting nasty comments about McGibney on his blog.
Judge Manoukian has upgraded Tommy to a Criminal Trial which will be held November 2nd. That will probably be Tommy’s last opportunity to appear before a judge before a warrant is issued for his arrest.
