These documents were released to Bullyville via the Freedom Of Information Act. They outline the mandatory requirements for parole by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Tom Retzlaff was expected to comply with these conditions after his release from prison.
Retzlaff was sent to prison in 1998 for multiple charges including the rape of his wife (which he video taped). The circumstances surrounding his conviction led to his parental rights being terminated and a court appointed psychiatrist labeled Retzlaff a potential pedophile.
Retzlaff was released early in 2004 on a technicality and was required to register as a sex offender.
Tommy didn’t do this. Retzlaff is required to register as a sex offender in any state he lives in. His last known address was in Phoenix, Arizona but he didn’t register as an offender there either.
If you see him in your neighborhood, make sure you know where your children are… and be aware that he’s armed and could be dangerous.
