Last week, the judge in Texas was conscious long enough to give his decision regarding the new Bullyville trial. Cosby again awarded in favor of Neal Rauhauser, granting $300,000 in legal costs but reducing the sanction amount to $150,000. Judge Cosby basically gave Neal a license to continue his shenanigans. Naturally there will be an appeal but first team Bullyville filed a motion yesterday to modify Judge Cosby’s decision. She’d been a business partner with Spink’s ex-wife Judy, who was also a professional dog breeder. The woman alleges she let Doug live in her house in 1994 while he was in graduate school. UPDATE: The case information is incomplete in that it doesn’t show the number of counts for each charge. There’s 1 charge of a felon having possession of a gun, 3 counts of discharging a firearm (the missiles mentioned are bullets) and 5 counts of aggravated assault. Doug Spink was arrested Monday after going a tad bit nuts (again). He is currently in jail (again) with a $35,000 bond.Spink was released from prison in September of 2014. Cryptostorm creator and owner, Doug Spink, had another spell over the weekend in Zelienople, Pennsylvania  and faces a dozen felonies once he completes a psychiatric evaluation.  Doug has had quite a few problems with the law starting 15 years ago when he was caught trying to smuggle drugs over the border.
