So JoJo had another hearing today. It looks like some of the charges against him were reduced.

JoJo is now charged with 4 Class 4 felonies and 2 Class 5 felonies, and two misdemeanors.

Colorado Class 4 felonies come with a sentence of 2-6 years and Class 5 felonies are 1-3 years.

Next comes his Preliminary hearing which is set for August 23rd. The Preliminary hearing is where the state presents proof of the felonies. JoJo can opt to waive this hearing but I doubt he will.
