Trump Child Rape Case Dismissed; New Lawsuit To Be Filed

The pedo rape lawsuit against Donald Trump has been dismissed at the request of the plaintiff and her lawyer, providing us with another surprise in a very strange campaign season.

Thomas Meagher, the attorney for Jane Doe in the Trump pedo rape case, filed to voluntarily dismiss due to a new witness having come forward that reinforces the allegations made by Jane Doe. In the dismissed suit, Jane Doe aka Katie Johnson alleged that Donald Trump raped her in 1994 when she was 13 years old.

Here’s the request for dismissal:

The plaintiff and her counsel in Jane Doe v. Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein (SDNY 1:16-CV-04642) filed today a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal pursuant to F.R.C.P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, without prejudice to refiling the complaint. An additional witness has been identified and her declaration will accompany the new complaint.

The latest entry on the Pacer docket is this:

NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL Pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the plaintiff(s) and or their counsel(s), hereby give notice that the above-captioned action is voluntarily dismissed, WITHOUT prejudice against the defendant(s) All Defendants. Document filed by Jane Doe. (Meagher, Thomas)

Considering that this lawsuit hasn’t even begun yet, it’s been pretty unusual so far. Jane Doe originally filed in California. Unfortunately she filed by herself, without hiring an attorney, and filed her lawsuit as a civil rights case. The judge dismissed the case without prejudice because Doe didn’t state what specific civil right was involved. Jane Doe found herself a lawyer and refiled again in New York, a better idea since it’s the jurisdiction of Trump and his co-defendant, Jeffrey Epstein. A preliminary hearing was originally scheduled in early September but when neither Trump or Epstein replied to subpoenas it was rescheduled for October.

Naturally all of us #NeverTrump people had hoped Jane Doe’s lawsuit would start before the upcoming debates or the election. That may not happen but it’s still a possibility.

Mainstream Media has largely ignored the rape suit but perhaps with the additional witness a more solid case can be made against Mr Trump. With two eyewitnesses now supporting Jane Doe’s allegations, perhaps MSM will take a closer look.

A pedophile president would not make America great again.
