On Friday, September 30th, Katie Johnson refiled her child rape case against Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. 

Ms Johnson voluntarily dismissed her previous suit against Trump and Epstein on September 16th after another witness came forward whose testimony supports the allegations. 

Katie Johnson, filing as Jane Doe, alleges she was forcibly raped in 1994 at the age of 13 by Donald Trump. The new court filings are essentially the same as the dismissed lawsuit, but with the addition of the supporting document by the new witness, Joan Doe.

Joan Doe states that in 1994, Katie Johnson told her of the rape… while she and Katie were in grade school…

The full list of charges against Trump and Epstein are rape, sexual misconduct, criminal sexual acts, sexual abuse, forcible touching, assault, battery, intentional and reckless infliction of emotional distress, duress, and false imprisonment. 

Epstein was previously the subject of investigation for running a child trafficking sex ring where he allegedly lent young girls to powerful men in exchange for favors and potential blackmail information. Epstein was convicted on just one charge of soliciting an underage girl for prostitution, served 13 months in prison and is now back on the streets as an extremely wealthy, registered sex offender.

Q: Have you ever had a personal relationship with Donald Trump? 

Epstein: What do you mean by “personal relationship,” sir? 

Q. Have you socialized with him? 

Epstein: Yes, sir. 

Q. Yes? 

Epstein: Yes, sir. 

Q. Have you ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of 18? 

Epstein: Though I’d like to answer that question, at least today I’m going to have to assert my 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendment rights, sir.

Katie’s previous lawsuit had a mediation hearing scheduled for October 14th but no word yet on any hearings scheduled for this new lawsuit. 

Perhaps now the case will get more media attention with the addition of another witness and the election drawing closer. The idea of a pedophile being elected to the presidency of the United States is disturbing.
