Trump Child Rape Hearing Set For December

The first hearing for the new rape case filed against Donald Trump has been set for December 16th. Jane Doe voluntarily dismissed her lawsuit last month in order to refile with a new witness to the rape that took place in 1994. The December 16th hearing will be a mediation conference to attempt an out of court settlement.

Jane Doe aka Katie Johnson, alleges that Trump raped her in 1994. With her new lawsuit, Doe now has two witnesses supporting her allegations.

Jane Doe’s attorney’s have requested that the court issue a summons to Trump and to his co-defendant, Jeffrey Epstein. Don’t be surprised if Trump and Epstein ignore these electronic summons as they did in the previous lawsuit in order to delay the hearing.
