Cheney Mason To Represent Jane Doe In Trump Child Rape Trial

Florida attorney, J Cheney Mason, has filed a motion to serve as Jane Doe’s attorney in the Trump child rape case that’s set to start on December 16th with Judge Ronnie Abrams presiding. Judge Abrams is in the middle bottom of the picture above.

Mason’s name was added to the lawsuit when it was refiled on September 30th and filed the Pro Hac Vice motion below which would grant him an exemption to serve as Jane Doe’s counsel for this lawsuit only.

Mason, who’s on the lower left in the picture above, is best known for serving as co-counsel for Casey Anthony in her infamous trial which ended in her acquittal. When asked about the Trump case, Mason said that the case will be tried in court where “the defendants will be required to answer questions under oath and pursuant to the rules of evidence.”

Trump’s attorney, Allan Garten, on the lower right side of the picture, has stated that the lawsuit is “an obvious publicity stunt aimed at smearing my client”.

Katie Johnson, aka Jane Doe, remains in hiding.
