Last week when Bullyville posted the transcript from Brandon King’s 2015 child support hearing, we got the words right from Brandon’s own mouth that he was employed by the Spina Law Firm to “identify trolls”.
And earlier we learned from Bullyville, aka James McGibney, that he’d spoken with the real Antonella Mollica (there’s only one of those in New Jersey) and she doesn’t work for the Spina Law Firm and doesn’t have a blog dedicated to Real Housewives.
From the Sodini lawsuit last year we learned that Greg Sodini, Patrick Spina’s former business partner, that Vinnie Spina had indeed been working in her husband’s law firm even though it’s a violation of her disbarment terms.
Essentially for the last 2 1/2 years, Brandon has been an “enforcer” for the Spina law firm, doxing and harassing individuals, and their families on behalf of Patrick Spina’s law firm. With the Spina’s knowledge and support, Brandon King has posted personally identifying information and stolen photos. Both he and Vinnie have filed false DMCA complaints and made threats via email.
If you were one of Brandon’s doxing and harassment victims, please file a police report with the New Braunfels police department. (Details for doing that are below my picture.)
By having Brandon King under contract, Patrick Spina has also become complicit in the harassment and doxing. If you were one of the victim’s or have knowledge regarding Patrick Spina’s conduct as a lawyer, then please file a grievance with the Office of Attorney Ethics.
The Office of Attorney ethics asks that you be specific in your grievance, providing names and addresses of all witnesses, dates, and pertinent documentation to serve as a basis for further investigation.

Filing a police eReport with the New Braunfels police department is pretty simple but it is an actual police report so it’s serious business. After doing the online form, you have to submit a sworn statement by printing it out, getting it notarized, and then send it to the New Braunfels police department within 10 days.

This is the Texas law regarding Online impersonation, it’s in a separate penal code form harassment.
“Sec. 33.07. ONLINE IMPERSONATION. (a) A person commits an offense if the person, without obtaining the other person’s consent and with the intent to harm, defraud, intimidate, or threaten any person, uses the name or persona of another person to:
(1) create a web page on a commercial social networking site or other Internet website; or
(2) post or send one or more messages on or through a commercial social networking site or other Internet website, other than on or through an electronic mail program or message board program.
(b) A person commits an offense if the person sends an electronic mail, instant message, text message, or similar communication that references a name, domain address, phone number, or other item of identifying information belonging to any person:
(1) without obtaining the other person’s consent;
(2) with the intent to cause a recipient of the communication to reasonably believe that the other person authorized or transmitted the communication; and
(3) with the intent to harm or defraud any person.
(c) An offense under Subsection (a) is a felony of the third degree. An offense under Subsection (b) is a Class A misdemeanor, except that the offense is a felony of the third degree if the actor commits the offense with the intent to solicit a response by emergency personnel.”
