These tweets are by self proclaimed hacker, Brandon King as @CyberSec_org, and were posted from November 26-28th. 

This would have been around 6 months after Brandon was hired to work for the Spina Law Firm. The website for Cyber Security Consulting was registered on May 8th. 

About two weeks after these tweets, on December 12th, Brandon registered the website, kjothesmartass.com, to harass actress Kristen Johnston. 

Naturally, the CyberSec_org account was suspended.
