Nikolay Kozachek; Iron Troll Guide To TrumpGate

Nikolay Kozachek was one of 12 Russian intelligence officers indicted by the special counsel in July of 2018.

All of the indicted individuals worked for the Russian military intelligence agency, GRU. They were accused of interfering in the 2016 presidential election by stealing and releasing documents from the DNC and DCCC through Guccifer 2.0 and DNCLeaks.
Kozachek was a Lieutenant Captain assigned to Unit 26165 and used several online aliases including “kazak” and “blablabla1234565”. Kozachek developed, customized, and monitored the X-Agent malware used to hack the DCCC

Once the documents were obtained by Unit 26165, there were several attempts to get them into the hands of someone at the Trump Campaign. George Papadopoulos was told about the emails. Rob Goldstone called Donald Trump Jr to set up the infamous Trump Tower meeting. And there was Roger Stone’s meeting with the mysterious Russian spy, Henry Greenberg, and his friend Alexei. In any case, the hacked documents were posted online and given to WikiLeaks by members of Unit 26165 using the personas Guccifer 2.0 and DNCLeaks.

The constitution of Russia doesn’t allow the extradition, so it’s unlikely any of these officers will be brought to justice.
