Power Voter consists of a website and App to keep you informed about candidates, issues and elections. It was created by Cliff Zhonggang Li, who was involved with Cindy Yang.

Cliff was an advisor to the Trump campaign while being an associate of several people linked to the Chinese Communist Party.

The Power Voter website was registered in July of 2017. It presents candidates from all parties but is skewed towards the right. It has an option to translate to Chinese, making the site accessible to Chinese Americans.

I don’t know when the app was created but installing it gives the app a lot of access privileges on your device.
