Dr Charles Lee created a fake TV website for France at fnipwtv.org called the France Napoleon International Peace Network TV Station.
The domain is no longer active and the site is pretty much gone from Google cache, but there are still a few cached pages and graphics available. There’s a picture of Crazy Charlie with the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres.
