By providing a platform for Martin, a self-admitted survivor of military sexual trauma who has documented severe mental health struggles, Parlato is weaponizing her fragile state to bolster a legal and PR offensive against Danesh. Martin explicitly mentions offering to testify in Jennifer Couture’s lawsuit, revealing the underlying coordination behind this “rebuttal.” Parlato, long known for his involvement in high-stakes litigation PR, is using Martin’s trauma as a shield to attack a common enemy of his benefactors.
By framing her as a “guest contributor,” he gains several tactical advantages for his clients:
- Emotional Shielding: Any criticism of the article can be deflected as “attacking a veteran/survivor,” making it a low-risk, high-reward move for Couture and Garramone.

This is a hallmark of the Frank Report methodology: find a vulnerable source with a personal vendetta, amplify their unverified claims, and use the resulting “news” to influence ongoing legal proceedings for those footing the bill. Parlato isn’t helping a veteran; he’s using a mentally ill woman as a pawn in a proxy war.
