Now that the harassment charge that Vincenza Leonelli-Spina filed in order to harass me has been dropped to a minor charge in municipal court Brandon is working overtime to convince the world that I’m still going to jail.
I think he’s probably getting his legal information from Vinnie… not a good idea since she wasn’t exactly a good lawyer before she was disbarred.
I haven’t been expected to appear in person in any hearing yet so I doubt that’s going to change now that the case has been moved to a lesser court. And New Jersey is not going to extradite anyone from another state over a minor misdemeanor charge. And that’s assuming I’m found guilty.
I shouldn’t be, but it’s New Jersey so… who knows.
And yes, 4 days left in Discovery for Vinnie!
