Alex Bolbirer

Alex (Oleksandr) Bolbirer is the cousin of Lev Parnas and, like Lev, has a lot of connections to shady people and businesses involved in organized crime. This seems to be a family trait.

Bolbirer became an advisor for FLUX in March of 2018. Later that year, in December, the CEO of CoinFlux services was arrested for using the business to launder money for the Alexandria Online Auction Fraud Network.

Bolbirer was “negotiating” a partnership between CoinFlux and DataWind, an internet service provider which manufactures low cost internet access devices. The agreement Bolbirer was negotiating would have had the CoinFlux app built into tablets manufactured by DataWind.

At the time, Bolbirer was a beneficial shareholder of both DataWind and Edgetech, the American distributor for DataWind tablets. In addition, Bolbirer’s wife, Christine, was the registered agent for Edgetech in Florida and an officer of the company. Bolbirer’s cousin, Lev Parnas was CEO of the company and his kids were beneficial shareholders of the company.
