Since election computers in most states aren’t connected to the internet, the possibility of hacking those computers is small. However the FBI sent a Need To Know bulletin out anyway warning of the potential for Russians to hack state Board Of Election websites and outlining what to look for.
This sounds much more plausible than Neal Rauhauser and Brett Kimberlin’s crazy ORCA hack of 2012.
