Fraud Guarantee was a Florida business Lev Parnas created in 2013 to clean up his Google search results. The company was dissolved automatically when it didn’t file its yearly report with the state.
In 2019, Lev resurrected Fraud Guarantee and hired Rudy Giuliani as a “consultant”. However, Fraud Guarantee had no clients and consisted of a website.
