Cryptostorm Founder, Doug Spink, Sentenced To Prison… Again

Doug Spink was originally scheduled to go to trial on November 10th but the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania decided to ignore Spink’s history of drug smuggling, bestiality animal abuse, intentional parole violations, and arson. They dismissed the fact that in his latest escapade he had a gun and fired it when, as a convicted felon, he isn’t supposed to be anywhere near a gun.  And Claire Spink, Doug’s mother, convinced the court to drop 3 of the felony charges that involved her. Claire is the poster child for enabling and denial. She said “He never threatened me or assaulted me or whatever. … Continue reading Cryptostorm Founder, Doug Spink, Sentenced To Prison… Again

Cryptostorm, BadBitCoinOrg, AllSquareCat and Neal at CryptoCoin Expo 2014

I can’t imagine why Neal Rauhauser is writing about Cryptocurrency again.  Despite his bad reputation, no credentials, no expertise or experience in the Cryptocurrency field, Neal got a job writing for CryptoCoinsNews.com. At the same time he was also working for BadBitCoin.org (notorious Paycoin shill) and Cryptostorm. Neal wrote articles on the virtues of Paycoin and Cryptostorm VPN. Conflict of Interest? Yup. Definitely. Neal was eventually fired from CryptoCoinsNews after he incited retaliation against the Coinfire Blog for their breaking story on an impending SEC investigation into GAWminers and Paycoin. That was in early 2015.  Back in December of 2014, … Continue reading Cryptostorm, BadBitCoinOrg, AllSquareCat and Neal at CryptoCoin Expo 2014

More Court Time For Spink

Today Doug Spink had his formal arraignment where he was to be charged with 20 assorted felonies and misdemeanors that add up to 182 years jail time. I haven’t heard what went on in court for Doug, whether any charges were added or modified or how Spink pleaded but I did see that he has two more items on his calendar docket: a status conference and a judicial conference.  This would indicate that Doug will be going to trial. And most likely he’ll be kept in jail until the trial begins. Continue reading More Court Time For Spink

The Infamous Fausty, Inside Doug Spink

Via the magic of the Wayback Machine here are pages from Doug Spink’s deleted blog, Fausty.org. Fausty was Spink’s online handle for many years and was often used by him on Bestiality themed forums. In later years, Doug has denied he was Fausty but then he’s denied a lot of things that are facts. The Fausty website was registered to him and while it was on the internet he was a proud zoophile and wasn’t hiding his identity. Continue reading The Infamous Fausty, Inside Doug Spink

The Parole Violation By Spink That Nobody Noticed

Doug Spink claims he’s been the target of government harassment because of his work with encryption and VPN networks like Cryptocloud and Cryptostorm. Doug claims a lot of things and some of them contradict each other.Spink’s battles with the courts over the last decade are not persecution but due to his violating the conditions of his supervised release. As it was, his supervised release wasn’t all that well supervised so he got away with a lot for a couple years. During his 5 year supervised release, Doug traveled out of state to be a guest speaker at the Last HOPE conference without permission … Continue reading The Parole Violation By Spink That Nobody Noticed

USA v Douglas Spink Parole Revocation Hearing; June 2010

This transcript of the hearing that revoked Doug Spink’s parole has some interesting information in it, clearing up some things you may have heard and revealing some you may have not. Anyone using Cryptostorm should probably do some delving into Mr Spink and his past. Trusting a former government informant who can’t keep himself out of jail is probably not a good idea.Doug has claimed that he was a political prison. The transcript makes it clear that Spink violated his supervised release from his drug smuggling confiction and was sent back to prison to finish his original (reduced) sentence. He … Continue reading USA v Douglas Spink Parole Revocation Hearing; June 2010
