UpComing Court Cases; Trump, Camp, Spink, Rauhauser. Spina et al

“Justice is a dish best served with popcorn”                                                            – Zile Ohai A lot of the characters that appear on Iron Troll blog have court cases coming up so I thought it would be a very good idea to make a list of who’s who and when they go to court.  As a celebrity, I also decided it would be very nice of me if I also held a fund raiser for … Continue reading UpComing Court Cases; Trump, Camp, Spink, Rauhauser. The GAW Website You Never Saw; Josh Garza And The Crypto Private Investor Group

Before I get to the Bollywood ending to GAWminers I thought I should post some background info.  By the time Neal Rauhauser posted his False Light and Tortious Interference manifesto inciting people to attack the Coinfireblog after they broke the news that GAWminers was going to be investigated by the SEC, Josh Garza had already worked out his exit strategy.  Garza left the US and headed to Belgium and then Dubai. He wasn’t so much fleeing the United States as he was rushing to start his next new business. While he was traveling he registered a lot of new web domainss … Continue reading The GAW Website You Never Saw; Josh Garza And The Crypto Private Investor Group

Cryptostorm, BadBitCoinOrg, AllSquareCat and Neal at CryptoCoin Expo 2014

I can’t imagine why Neal Rauhauser is writing about Cryptocurrency again.  Despite his bad reputation, no credentials, no expertise or experience in the Cryptocurrency field, Neal got a job writing for CryptoCoinsNews.com. At the same time he was also working for BadBitCoin.org (notorious Paycoin shill) and Cryptostorm. Neal wrote articles on the virtues of Paycoin and Cryptostorm VPN. Conflict of Interest? Yup. Definitely. Neal was eventually fired from CryptoCoinsNews after he incited retaliation against the Coinfire Blog for their breaking story on an impending SEC investigation into GAWminers and Paycoin. That was in early 2015.  Back in December of 2014, … Continue reading Cryptostorm, BadBitCoinOrg, AllSquareCat and Neal at CryptoCoin Expo 2014

Garza and GAWMiners Guilty Of Fraud

Failed Internet Mogul, Josh Garza and two of his numerous companies GawMiners and Zen Miners were charged in December of 2015 by the SEC with two counts of fraud in the “offer and sale of securities” and one count of “sale of unregistered securities”. Garza had until December 28th to respond  but in his efforts to continue to prove that he’s one of the dumbest people on the internet, he didn’t bother to respond to the SEC’s charges so he loses by default. In their December complaint the SEC summed up Garza’s scheme quite simply: “Defendants used the lure of quick riches … Continue reading Garza and GAWMiners Guilty Of Fraud

Rauhauser Worked For PayCoin Shill, BadBitCoinOrg; January 20, 2015

The GawMiner scandal cost investors millions of dollars and GAW is currently under investigation by numerous agencies including the SEC. BadBitCoinOrg is a Twitter account and Blog that is supposed to research and report on good and bad crypto coin opportunities. The blog received a lot of scrutiny and criticism for it’s insistent devotion to GAW and its CEO Josh Garza despite evidence that it was a ponzi scheme. BadBitCoinOrg urged people to invest money and buy the coin created by Garza called PayCoin even though the coin continued to lose value. And after the SEC investigation was announced BadBitCoinOrg still insisted … Continue reading Rauhauser Worked For PayCoin Shill, BadBitCoinOrg; January 20, 2015

Santa’s Naughty List For 2015

These are the naughtiest kids on Santa’s Naughty List 2015 and why they’re on it. The K8 H8ers: Tami, Lora, Jen and all the others for spending way too much time in their crusade to “Save the Gosselin Kids” by bashing their mother Kate and attacking her fans. Brandon King: a Total Tool Chet Uber: earlier this year Chet admitted he is a Benzodiazepine addict. And that he’s been taking Benzos for 35 years. 35 years. Since 1980. This validates my belief that Project Vigilant was conceived by someone on drugs and run by someone who was high. Vinnie Spina: the disbarred attorney waging … Continue reading Santa’s Naughty List For 2015

Carlos Garza Is On The Lam

Poor Carlos, Law Enforcement just doesn’t understand how frightened Carlos is of court hearings. In the summer of 2015, Carlos Garza was driving under the influence and flipped his car. He skipped his first court date and Brattleboro police put him on their Wanted list. Carlos finally contacted them and was given an extention and a new court date in October. Carlos skipped that too. He is now, once again, on Brattleboro’s Wanted list.I wonder if he ever showed up for his SEC hearing or did he ignore the enforcement subpoena ordering him to appear and cooperate? Click here for the … Continue reading Carlos Garza Is On The Lam
