Yes, Another Kimberlin lawsuit.  You’d think Maryland would have declared Brett Kimberlin a vexatious litigant by now.   Kimberlin’s latest filing is a lawsuit against Mitch McConnell and Charles Grassley… really. Because they won’t pick a new supreme court justice to replace the late Scalia and Kimberlin has lawsuits that are very important and require 9 justices. Certainly the Senate should do its job and pick a new judge. Everyone’s aware the SCOTUS selection stonewalling is a partisan political maneuver, hoping the next president will be a conservative and select a conservative judge. Kimberlin Loses Appeal; February 2016

In case you missed it, this is the court decision on the most recent appeal by Brett Kimberlin in his lawsuit against the world.Originally, Kimberlin sued a bunch of bloggers alleging he was the target of “malicious prosecution, conspiracy to abuse process, defamation, false light invasion of privacy, harassment, infliction of emotional distress and stalking.” Only two of Kimberlin’s allegations proved to be trial worthy but in the end, Kimberlin still lost his lawsuit.  Brett, being the poster child for Excessive Litigation, appealed. One of Kimberlin’s points of appeal was that some of the witnesses in his trial had been hypnotized. That was 6 hypnotized out of over 100 witnesses. Kimberlin’s parole was revoked so of course he appealed but was turned down. He filed a lot of appeals and all were denied.The document linked below gives a good summary of Kimberlin’s crimes, why his parole was revoked and why his appeal was denied.Short version is they found that Kimberlin was not rehabilitated nor did he accept responsibility for his crimes or make amends to his victim.“The revocation proceedings were based upon petitioner’s lack of rehabilitation through his acceptance of responsibility for his crimes and sincere attempts to make amends to his victim. As a teenager, Kimberlin had a drug business with his brother Scott. The Kimberlin’s weren’t your neighborhood drug dealers, they had a major operation supplying 4 states with drugs. Since leaving prison, Brett Kimberlin’s spin on his past is that he was a political prisoner but released from prison early because of a secret deal with the Department of Justice which has been conveniently sealed from public view.
