Trial For Real Housewives Publicist Begins Friday

After a year of discovery the civil trial against Vinnie Leonelli-Spina begins this Friday at 9 in the morning.   Leonelli-Spina is the owner of A Diamond Public Relations which apparently represents Real Housewives Dolores Catania and Siggy Flicker. Leonelli-Spina is also the infamous Faux Reality, the blogger behind Faux Reality Entertainment blog.  The plaintiffs suing Vinnie are the New Jersey Lawyer’s Trust who will be represented by Michael McCormick. Motion Filed Against Real Housewives Public Relations Manager

This is the motion filed recently by the New Jersey Lawyer’s Fund in their lawsuit against Real Housewives Publicity Manager, Vinnie Leonelli-Spina. The New Jersey Lawyer’s Fund is an organization that exists to reimburse clients who’ve been the victim of a dishonest lawyer in New Jersey. In Vinnie’s case, the Lawyers Fund has paid out over $300,000 to her former clients since she was disbarred in 2008. The motion below seems to have evolved out of an additional $16,000 that was uncovered during the year long discovery process in this lawsuit. Unbelievable!  The owner of A Diamond Public Relations, which seems to have Siggy Flicker and Dolores Catania as clients, has totally blown off participating in the lawsuit against her filed by the New Jersey Lawyer’s Fund a year ago. Vinnie Leonelli-Spina is being sued by the New Jersey Lawyer’s Trust to recover $300,000 in claims they paid out to clients that Vinnie ripped off.  It was Vinnie’s tendency to spend her client’s trust funds and escrow accounts that led to her being disbarred in 2008. Brandon is working overtime doxing and trolling for his employer, the Spina Law firm. Now he’s doxed me as running a naughty massage business. The End Of Discovery Is Upon Us At Last

Today marks the last full day of Discovery in the lawsuit filed by the New Jersey Lawyers Trust against Vinnie Leonelli-Spina, owner of the blog fauxrealityentertainment.com and A Diamond Public Relations.  This Discovery began in September of 2016 and will officially end tomorrow, the 19th, when the court will reconvene to either mediate a settlement or set a jury trial date. For years Faux Reality, the bad tempered blogger behind fauxrealityentertainment.com has claimed to be Antonella “Toni” Mollica.  Toni just happens to own a car exactly like Vinnie Spina, and has a boyfriend with a car just like Patrick Spina. Coincidence? Right. It’s a case of stolen identity. The terms of Vinnie’s disbarment back in 2008 forbid her to have anything to do with legal work or lawyers. Now that the harassment charge that Vincenza Leonelli-Spina filed in order to harass me has been dropped to a minor charge in municipal court Brandon is working overtime to convince the world that I’m still going to jail. I think he’s probably getting his legal information from Vinnie… not a good idea since she wasn’t exactly a good lawyer before she was disbarred.
