This motion was filed on Friday by James McGibney, aka Bullyville, and his lawyer, Evan Stone. It asks Judge Cosby to amend his previous decision, citing several errors made by the judge, his forgetting to make a ruling that greatly extended the length of the lawsuit:
and his signing off on a sanctions motion which violates basic civil rights.
It’s doubtful that Cosby will amend his sanctions motion, should that happen, expect an appeal by the Bullyville team in the future.
