Judge Cosby has granted Viaview’s motion for a new trial. This was unexpected but the judge agreed he had overlooked ViaView’s request for an oral hearing.
Personally, I think it was the smartest decision by the judge. The sanctions he signed off on were written by Rauhauser’s team and the amounts astronomically high and the special requests unconstitutional.
