The Integrity Of BadBitcoinOrg; March, 2015

The following Twitter timeline took place a month after the SEC announced it was investigating GAWMiners yet BadBitcoin still insists that GAWMiners is being maligned, the victim of a hate campaign.  BadBitcoinOrg is a website and Twitter account that warns the public about cryptocurrency scams and ponzi schemes. The owner of the website had a small disclaimer on its website that could be found by scrolling to the bottom of the home page:  But they weren’t quite honest about just how much money was invested in Paycoin and GAWMiners. The statement mentioned in the first tweet by BadBitcoinorg is this … Continue reading The Integrity Of BadBitcoinOrg; March, 2015

Deleted Support Statement For GAWMiners By BadBitCoinOrg

The administrator of BadBitcoin.Org who goes by the name of ViK also runs the Twitter account @badbitcoinorg and goes by the name Colonel32 on assorted cryptocurrency forums. All his personas urged people to ignore complaints about GAWMiners even though there were very loud questions being asked about how the company was operating. After an investigation by the SEC was announced, BadBitcoin continued to deny it was happening and continues advising people that Paycoin and GAWMiners were a good investment. Badbitcoin denied any formal ties to GAWMiners but it’s been strongly rumored that the operator was being paid by GAWMiners and … Continue reading Deleted Support Statement For GAWMiners By BadBitCoinOrg

The Horrible Fright Of Carlos Garza

Carlos Garza is brother to Homero Josh Garza, the former “CEO” of GAWMiners and main perpetrator of the Ponzi scheme that bilked investors out of millions of dollars. Carlos was Josh’s right hand man and main salesman. It was Carlos’s job to get wealthy investors to put large amounts of money into GAWMiners and Paycoin. An informal investigation into GAWMiners by the Securities and Exchange Commission was announced in February of this year but leaked a month earlier by Coinfire.io, an online magazine devoted to cryptocurrency news. Carlos had to know he’d be involved in the investigation so it should have … Continue reading The Horrible Fright Of Carlos Garza

SEC Files Subpoena Enforcement Against Carlos Garza in #Cryptocurrency Investigation

Due to the attempt to stonewall an SEC investigation, Carlos Garza now has an enforcement subpoena to compel him to answer questions regarding his role in potential fraud by GAWMiners and provide the documents that were requested of him. As the statement below says, the SEC hasn’t found that GAW violated any securities laws BUT securities violations are all the SEC has jurisdiction over. If, in the process of their investigation, they should uncover any fraud or illegal activities it is reported to the appropriate organizations.  Note that the SEC started with an informal enquiry and is now doing a formal … Continue reading SEC Files Subpoena Enforcement Against Carlos Garza in #Cryptocurrency Investigation

3000 Tweets by Badbitcoinblog; March 2014-March 2015

@Badbitcoinblog runs a website that warns the public about digital currency scams. It was thought to be impartial but when Josh Garza and GAW Miners began having problems Badbitcoinblog was in the first line of defense making excuses for GAW, even denying there was an SEC investigation going on.There are a couple tweets to me that I’ve highlighted. By March the SEC investigation was ongoing and Josh Garza had fled the US, ending up in Dubai where he had hopes of starting again. There’s some information going around allegedly from the SEC investigation that Badbitcoinblog was run by an employee of … Continue reading 3000 Tweets by Badbitcoinblog; March 2014-March 2015

Josh Garza Says Good Bye.. For Now. #GarzaGate #Cryptocurrency

This message was left Thursday evening by MrCeo aka Josh Garza on his website, hashtalk.ch. You’ll notice he makes absolutely no mention that he’s the subject of an SEC investigation. Or that the SEC investigation was made public at the same time he says the value of Paycoin started to drop. He also doesn’t mention reneging on payment for his million dollar website btc.com which went offline yesterday (May 28th). The short version of his screed is that it’s not his fault and people are mean. MrCEO MrCEO   Good Bye…..For Now It’s time to say good-bye. Good-bye to Paycoin and to … Continue reading Josh Garza Says Good Bye.. For Now. #GarzaGate #Cryptocurrency

So You Ordered A CoinCard From CPIG…On An Unsecured WordPress Site?

Don’t get me wrong, I like WordPress, it’s easy to use and customize. Obviously CPIG has a membership at Themify.me and Wix and uses it for the CPIG websites. That’s cheap but not a good idea. If I were part of a super secret private investor group dealing with millions of dollars and promoting a credit card globally I would have hired someone to do a custom job. I wouldn’t use WordPress, I wouldn’t expect my customers to put their personal information or banking info on an unsecured site. I wouldn’t ask them to make a financial transaction on an unsecured … Continue reading So You Ordered A CoinCard From CPIG…On An Unsecured WordPress Site?

Neal Rauhauser Gives Garza Legal Advice And Gets Fired, January 20th, 2015

This comment on the now defunct Hashtalk.org website got Neal fired from CryptoCoinsNews. It just oozes with irony on so many levels.By now it’s become known that the Securities and Exchange Commission investigation is not only doing an investigation but there are allegations that several other federal agencies are involved.Neal’s wordpress has been locked up ever since he was fired. nrauhauser False Light & Tortious Interference Yesterday I saw the news that there was going to be an SEC investigation of GAW. This morning someone popped up in chat and said that one of the usual suspects had filed a … Continue reading Neal Rauhauser Gives Garza Legal Advice And Gets Fired, January 20th, 2015

More #CryptoCurrency Shenanigans By Josh Garza

The domain btc.com was purchased by Josh Garza for a million dollars. He then made an agreement with bitcoinist which put bitcoinist in charge of content on the btc website. Garza, once again, failed to deliver what he promised when he didn’t make payments on the btc.com website. The press release below is from bitcoinist. But don’t worry, Josh is now part of CPIG which is working as a guiding light to the “future of cryptocurrency and overcome negative impact of high-visibility public failures within an unstable category.”I’m thinking Josh could best serve the future of cryptocurrency by throwing away … Continue reading More #CryptoCurrency Shenanigans By Josh Garza

Oops! Million Dollar CPIG Web Domain Is Missing! More #Cryptocurrency Conundrums

In August of last year Josh Garza paid a million dollars for the BTC.com website. Today the website disappeared.Coincidentally, also today was the launch of reservations for the new CoinCard credit card by CPIG. That site is also MIA. These strange happenings could be a repeat of Garza once again changing his mind or Garza once again finding he can’t deliver what he’s promised. Or my hope, that the SEC stepped in and told him to stop. The website for taking coincard reservations sold out pretty quickly which is odd since only reservations were being taken at this time. The actual … Continue reading Oops! Million Dollar CPIG Web Domain Is Missing! More #Cryptocurrency Conundrums
