James McGibney aka Bullyville filed a motion for a new trial. The hearing was to be January 29th but it’s been rescheduled to February 4th.
While it’s unlikely Judge Crosby will grant a new trial since it’s become obvious he didn’t want to deal with the lawsuit at all, but the hearing is a necessary step before filing an appeal.
There were so many irregularities in this lawsuit, an appeal will certainly be granted.
