Today Doug Spink had his formal arraignment where he was to be charged with 20 assorted felonies and misdemeanors that add up to 182 years jail time. I haven’t heard what went on in court for Doug, whether any charges were added or modified or how Spink pleaded but I did see that he has two more items on his calendar docket: a status conference and a judicial conference.
This would indicate that Doug will be going to trial. And most likely he’ll be kept in jail until the trial begins.
