This is the second Order for JoJo now. As a felon, JoJo isn’t allowed to have a gun so he probably doesn’t have a permit for the ones he owns (See Armed And Stupid). It’s really not his fault that he couldn’t provide one for the court.
Just for the record. The Sheriff Department of Tompkin’s county was notified that JoJo might have a gun illegally. Though they knew where JoJo was living, they refused to enter “because he might have a gun”.
