Tomorrow, August 23rd, JoJo makes another appearance in court. This will be his preliminary hearing where the state must show that probable cause exists to believe that the charges against JoJo were committed by JoJo. JoJo was arrested in Colorado while pursuing his latest obsession which happened to be a teenaged mime. JoJo was her contracted manager but overstepped his job description and became a little too controlling then went into stalking mode and harassed her family. JoJo Camp Hearing Results; August 16th, 2016

So JoJo had another hearing today. It looks like some of the charges against him were reduced. JoJo is now charged with 4 Class 4 felonies and 2 Class 5 felonies, and two misdemeanors. Colorado Class 4 felonies come with a sentence of 2-6 years and Class 5 felonies are 1-3 years. Next comes his Preliminary hearing which is set for August 23rd. Bullyville has acquired more information on JoJo Camp’s arrest and it makes for interesting reading.  JoJo was arrested at 6 am on Tuesday morning, August 9th. That was a couple days after he was supposed to show up in court on regarding a restraining order filed against him on July 25th. Getting Into JoJo’s Business

It’s unlikely that an ex-felon can legally own and operate a security company. It’s even more unlikely that an ex-felon can register a security company claiming the address of a youth hostel as the location of his office.  We waited until law enforcement was notified of JoJo’s whereabouts and his activities in case Denver LE agrees with us. Having served time in prison for a felony, Joseph Camp is not allowed to possess firearms. JoJo claims he had his civil rights reinstated but that’s not true. Along with the prison sentence given him in 2013, Camp was ordered to pay $61,500 in restitution. There’ll be no reinstatement until he’s paid his debt. There’s also the matter of JoJo’s “American Hostage” campaign.
