Husband Of Texas Lawyer Dorrell Wanted For Theft

So much seems to be happening lately it seems like there’s a full moon every day. The crazies are definitely active right now. So the latest is that Jeffrey Dorrell’s husband is wanted for theft in Texas. Dorrell,  you’ll remember, was the lawyer in Neal Rauhauser’s ill advised lawsuit against Bullyville aka James McGibney, and most recently, is the lawyer for Tom Retzlaff in the insane lawsuit filed against him by Jason Van Dyke. Dorrell’s husband, Michael Centeno, has quite a rap sheet with arrests for drugs and forgery. Now he’s added theft to that list. According to … Continue reading Husband Of Texas Lawyer Dorrell Wanted For Theft

Happy Birthday Neal!

Yes, today is the birthday of my very dear friend, Neal Rauhauser! In case you haven’t heard yet, Neal received a very special present from Bullyville and the Texas Court of Appeals. Bullyville won his appeal against Neal and the Appeals Judges further reduced the sanctions awarded to Neal all the way down to a big fat zero! Neal was originally awarded one million dollars, the highest sanction ever awarded in an anti-SLAPP suit.  So maybe the Appellate court officially turning Neal from a millionaire back to a pauper doesn’t sound like much of a present, but if you know anything … Continue reading Happy Birthday Neal!

Bullyville Wins Appeal!

Today, at long last, the Texas Appellate court reversed the decision in the Rauhauser v McGibney (Bullyville). You can see the short version below but what this means is that although Rauhauser won the lawsuit, the monetary and non-monetary sanctions against McGibney have been overturned. And what that means is the “precedent setting” monetary award of ONE MEELYUN DOLLAHS first awarded to Rauhauser, that ONE MEELYUN DOLLAHS he bragged about and used to promote himself which ended up getting whittled down to 150,000, was reduced once again by the appellate court to: $0.00. The non-monetary awards of McGibney’s websites was reversed too. … Continue reading Bullyville Wins Appeal!

Bullyville Is Back With Charity Boxing Match; UPDATED

Update: I’m happy to say that shortly after posting this article Brandon accepted in his own sweet way.   ——————- After taking a hiatus, Bullyville is back with head down and horns up, going after internet villains. He’s starting with Brandon King. King is one of those chronic abusive social media users. He likes to dox and make threats online to show everyone on Twitter how tough he is. One of his favorite targets has been Bullyville aka James McGibney, due to a falling out they had years ago (Bullyville caught Brandon using his own kid’s pic as … Continue reading Bullyville Is Back With Charity Boxing Match; UPDATED

Texas Lawyer Lawyers Up

Texas attorney Jeffrey Dorrell, best known as Neal Rauhauser’s attorney in his lawsuit with Bullyville, has retained the services of one of the top defense attorneys in Texas. Dorrell, an attorney with the Hanszen Laporte firm, was ordered to appear before a Texas Grand Jury on Wednesday to answer questions regarding the nature of his relationship with felon Thomas Retzlaff. It’s believed there’s an investigation as to whether Dorrell and Retzlaff conspired in any way in Retzlaff’s harassment and intimidation of lawyer’s that have opposed Dorrell in the courtroom. With the prospect of a possible felony indictment by the Grand … Continue reading Texas Lawyer Lawyers Up

Rauhauser Lawsuit In Trouble, So Is His Attorney

Yesterday a Texas Grand Jury questioned Neal Rauhauser’s attorney, Jeffrey Dorrell, about the nature of his relationship with felon, Thomas Retzlaff. It looks like Dorrell could be in big trouble. Big, big trouble. You can get a hint of what’s brewing in this article in the South East Texas Record. We’ve been reporting on Dorrell and Retzlaff for years because of the lawsuit between Rauhauser and Bullyville. If you recall, Retzlaff posed as an attorney and went to GoDaddy in person and conned them into giving him web domains that belonged to Bullyville aka James McGibney. There were emails between … Continue reading Rauhauser Lawsuit In Trouble, So Is His Attorney

Karma Pays A Visit To Hunter Moore

Remember Hunter Moore? Creator and owner of revenge porn site, Is Anyone Up? At least he was until Bullyville bought him out and removed the site from the internet.  Mr. Moore got out of prison not too long ago, he was released early from a 2 year sentence after being charged for hacking email accounts to get nudes to post on his website. Moore has been living in a transition house to get reacquainted with the outside world and then this “small town Christian boy” will be on probation for the next 3 years.  Last night somebody used Hunter’s credit card info for … Continue reading Karma Pays A Visit To Hunter Moore

Inside The Web Of A Stalker, New Book Due Out Next Week

Oh my goodness, Tommy Retzlaff is gonna be immortalized! Career criminal, conman, and stalker, Tom Retzlaff, is the subject of an unauthorized biography due out next week. To add insult to butthurt, this true crime, nonfiction book has been penned by Retzlaff’s archenemy, private investigator Phil Klein. The last I heard, Inside The Web Of A Stalker was scheduled for a November 14th release. I haven’t seen an advance copy, but Retzlaff has been one of our more curious characters covered here on Irontroll so I know a lot about Tommy. His criminal escapades are truly bookworthy. Klein made a … Continue reading Inside The Web Of A Stalker, New Book Due Out Next Week

The Real Housewive’s Publicist And The Revenge Pornographer

Infamous revenge pornographer, Hunter Moore, was quietly released from prison a few months ago and relocated to a government sponsored half way house. For the past couple months, Moore has been getting reacclimated to the real world while working on music and writing a book. It’s because of Hunter Moore that Revenge Porn became a thing back in 2010. Moore launched a website called Is Anyone Up, where people could post nude and intimate photos of their exes without their knowledge or consent. At least that was what Moore claimed. As it turned out, around half the photos were stolen … Continue reading The Real Housewive’s Publicist And The Revenge Pornographer

Thomas Retzlaffs Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Month

Tom Retzlaff is having a bad month. First there was that insane and violent blog post by Retzlaff and Rauhauser at the Viaviewfiles blog that called for the death of people they don’t like (the list included me!). The post also called for the decapitation of James McGibney, his wife, and small children. They deleted the post but not before a lot of blowback occurred with the post reported to law enforcement and the FBI by several people. Then the lawsuit between James McGibney (Bullyville) and Neal Rauhauser had its final argument yesterday. Tommy Retzlaff spent a lot of time … Continue reading Thomas Retzlaffs Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Month
