Real Housewives Publicist Under Investigation

Well, well, well… A very active little birdie has told us that the New Jersey publicist for Siggy Flicker and Dolores Catania is under investigation by the Passaic County Prosecutor Office.

Apparently the investigation began late last week and authorities will be looking into the activities of disbarred attorney, Vincenza “Vinnie” Leonelli-Spina. Leonelli-Spina is owner of A Diamond Public Relations and represents Real Housewives of New Jersey cast members, Siggy Flicker and Dolores Catania. This is according to Our Source, who asked not to be identified for fear that Vinnie might file felony stalking charges against him (or her).

The prosecutor’s office became involved after James McGibney (Bullyville) filed a 15 page bar complaint against Leonelli-Spina with the Office of Attorney Ethics in New Jersey showing that Leonelli-Spina was still involved in the legal profession after being disbarred by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. After viewing the complaint, the Office of Attorney Ethics turned the matter over to the prosecutor’s office for further investigation.

Vinnie Leonelli-Spina disbarment was in 2008 but as several bloggers (including me!) have reported, she continued to work at her husband’s law firm as a paralegal using the name Antonella Mollica, and operated a blog called Faux Reality Entertainment. And under the name Antonella Mollica, employed convicted felon Brandon King to post the personal information of assorted individuals on trolldox.com and tr0llz.com

The Bullyville complaint included an affidavit from attorney and former congressman, Steve Harellson, who was Brandon King’s attorney. Mr Harellson spoke with “Antonella Mollica” on several occasions and signed a sworn affidavit that he believes Antonella Mollica and Vinnie Leonelli-Spina are the same person.

It will not take much effort on the part of the Prosecutor’s Office to verify what bloggers (including me!) have been pointing out for quite some time: that Antonella Mollica and Vincenza Leonelli-Spina are the same person.

In the meantime, another hearing will be next Thursday where courts will address Vinnie Leonelli-Spina’s felony harassment charges against me.

And today marks 21 days left in Discovery for the lawsuit against Vinnie by the New Jersey Lawyer’s Trust to recover over $300,000 they paid out to reimburse clients that Vinnie misappropriated funds from.

What an interesting couple of months we shall have before RHONJ starts a new season!

  1. Gotchya. Understand. I replied on the other page too. Thanks for taking time to answer my questions. And please, as much I and many others enjoy your coverage on this viscous person, don't risk your freedom over it. I know it's free speech but given she was even to get charges filed is questionable. I could file a complaint against you or anyone but in the real world, a prosecutor would like at the complaint and weigh the evidence. I can't believe the nerve of this woman to even have the balls to file one in the first place. Oh my oh my, when you get to explain why you cover her in this blog, I can hear it now \”Dismissed\”
