It was both shocking and sad to learn Ari Rauhauser was seriously injured after being shot on March 22nd.

Ari was outside a grocery store when he and Tony Boone were allegedly shot by Hickman-Harrison. Ari was seriously injured but managed to drive away in his car until he lost control of the vehicle and crashed. He was rushed to the hospital with life threatening injuries from the gunshot wounds.

No motive has been given for the shooting but a warrant was issued Thursday for Dontel “Telly” Hickman-Harrison, a 17 year old high school student, in the shooting of Ari and Anthony Boone. 

In 2016, Hickman-Harrison disappeared and was officially listed as a missing child on the National Center For Missing and Exploited Children website. Apparently he was found and this year ye was back at home attending high school where he was a contestant in the Nebraska state wrestling tournament in February. 

Ari is the son of Neal Rauhauser, infamous internet pariah and dead beat dad, who’s $76,000 behind in child support for his children. Rauhauser hasn’t seen his son in 10 years. Neal has been busy on Twitter doing very important stuff so he may not be aware of his son’s injuries.
